Exchange & Return Policy – Moldeate Canada

Due to the intimate and medical-aesthetic nature of our compression garments, we enforce strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.

1. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 2 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Original packaging must be intact

• No stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear

• Garments must only be tried over clean underwear

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the error is attributable to Moldeate Canada.

2. Non-Eligible Items

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons:

• No refunds are offered

• Used or altered items are not accepted

• Promotional or final sale items are not eligible

• Customized or modified garments are excluded

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photographic evidence

After evaluation, we may offer:

• Product replacement, or

• Store credit

4. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
